Target and In-N-Out Are Heading to Meridian’s Ten Mile Corridor
Ahlquist Development has announced Target, In-N-Out, and additional retail and dining tenants for The District at Ten Mile, a new mixed-use center taking shape near Scheels in Meridian.
MERIDIAN, ID—The Ten Mile corridor is adding two of retail’s most-requested names: Target and In-N-Out Burger are among the tenants confirmed for The District at Ten Mile, a new development from Ahlquist Development.
According to @ahlquistdev, the project sits across from Scheels and the Ten Mile Crossing Business Park and will include a mix of retail, dining, and community spaces. No opening timeline was included in the announcement.
The Ten Mile area has grown steadily into one of the Treasure Valley’s busiest commercial corridors, and a full-scale Target paired with In-N-Out would mark a significant addition for Meridian residents who currently make the drive to existing locations elsewhere in the valley.
