Lowe Family Farmstead in Kuna is celebrating 30 years this fall, with a corn maze, pig races, five acres of flowers, and apple cider donuts that are apparently impossible to eat in reasonable quantities.

KUNA, ID—Thirty years in, Lowe Family Farmstead is still the kind of place where children refuse to act their age, and parents don’t really try to stop them.

The farm’s fall lineup includes a corn maze, a corn pit, pig races, tractor rides, corn poppers, a u-pick flower field spanning five acres of sunflowers and zinnias, and apple cider donuts. This season’s corn maze design previews the American 250th birthday celebration coming in 2026. According to @idahorealestate, who has visited the farm every fall for the past 12 years, it somehow keeps getting better.

Lowe Family Farmstead is open through October 31. It’s located in Kuna, roughly a 20-minute drive southwest of downtown Boise—close enough to be a half-day trip, far enough to feel like you actually left.
