Eight Boise Spots Doing Breakfast Sandwiches Right, Per a Local Food Guide

Boise-based creator @mckenzieinmotion rounds up seven local spots serving standout breakfast sandwiches, from Good Times Bagels to Oddbox Breakfast Project.
BOISE, ID—If your Saturday morning doesn’t have a plan yet, this one’s easy. Boise-based food and travel creator @mckenzieinmotion put together a guide to seven local breakfast sandwiches she says every Boise food lover should try at least once.
The list spans a solid range of formats: flaky croissants at Primal Coffee and A’Tavola, bagels at Good Times Bagels, brioche at Smash Alley, sourdough at Crisp Boise, and housemade bread at Certified Kitchen & Bakery. Oddbox Breakfast Project rounds out the seven.
According to @mckenzieinmotion, the spots are in no particular order—each one is genuinely distinct. McKenzie, who studied culinary arts in Florence for two years before settling in Boise, shares local restaurant picks alongside travel itineraries on her Instagram @mckenzieinmotion. com/reel/Dafs2hjx5Xe.
Seven sandwiches, seven very different mornings. The only hard part is picking which one to try first.
