Andrade’s Birria Tacos Keep Winning Boise Over, One Order at a Time
A three-time ’Best Mexican Food in Boise’ winner on Overland Road is getting fresh attention from a local food creator who says the birria tacos alone are worth the trip.
BOISE, ID—Some restaurants earn a reputation and coast on it. Andrade’s, tucked into a strip on West Overland Road, keeps apparently earning it back every year.
The restaurant has been voted Boise’s best Mexican food three years running, and according to @blissfulinboise, a first visit confirmed what regulars already know. In the reel, @blissfulinboise calls the birria tacos the best they’ve ever had, and gives honorable mentions to the fresh guacamole and crispy taquitos. Everything ordered, they say, was packed with authentic flavor.
Andrade’s Restaurant is located at 4620 W Overland Rd. Three consecutive wins in a city that takes its taco opinions seriously is either a streak or a statement—at this point, it might be both.
