Songbird Migration Research at Lucky Peak

Intermountain Bird Observatory will begin our fall migration songbird banding at Lucky Peak on July 16th. Weather allowing, we will band daily from sunrise and continuing for 5 hours. Visitors can meet our team of biologists, watch us conduct our research, and help us release the birds back into the wild after we've finished banding and measuring them. Drop-in visitors are welcome any time, and large groups may schedule field trips on our website. We hope to see you soon!
